China Higher Education Research is a journal administered by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and affiliated to Chinese Association of Higher Education. China Higher Education Research is the only one national academic theoretical journal of higher education research as well as the national Chinese core journal. Approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China in December 2001, China Higher Education Research was compiled into China’s battery publisher’s website. It has become the main front to publicize the Party’s general and specific policies and the platform to exchange the ideas and experience of higher education research since its publication.

The main columns of China Higher Education Research are as followings: theoretical research of higher education, forum of university presidents, forum of secretary of the Party committee of universities, development and reform of higher education, degree and postgraduate education, exploration and contending, research of ideological education in universities, teaching and research, research of higher education administration, research of development strategies of higher education, research of vocational higher education institutions, research of non-government funded higher education institutions, research of staff administration of universities and research of comparative education etc.
